Alternate Public Member Commissioner - Ivory Snow

With over two decades of experience as a human resources professional, Snow currently serves as CEO and President of Hand Over Heart Consulting and as the Chief Administrative Officer at Saint Leonard’s Ministries. In these leadership roles, she plays a key role in advancing initiatives that support individuals reentering society. She provides customized reentry workforce and human resource training, including career coaching, job readiness training, and improving interview skills. Snow received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Argosy University.
