Case Attorney – Jiyeon Huh

Jiyeon (“Jenny”) Huh joined the Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission as a Case Attorney in December 2023. Prior to joining TIRC, Jenny worked at Life Span, a non- profit organization for survivors of domestic violence, as a family law attorney. She was also an Assistant State’s Attorney prosecuting misdemeanor level offenses and interned at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Jenny received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
